- 250ml Milk
- 100g Whipping Cream
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
●Choux Pastry:
- 130ml Water
- 50g Unsalted butter
- 1/4tsp Salt
- 70g All purpose flour
- Medium heat 90 seconds
- Wait for 15 minutes
- 2 Eggs
- Bake at 190℃ for 25 minutes
●Ganache Chocolate:
- 50g Dark chocolate
- 50g Hot whipping cream
